All morning classes are 8-week sessions and must be pre registered and paid before starting. Friday and Saturday morning class are drop-in classes, all evening classes are drop-in classes.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SUN SALUTATION: ongoing class with variations of SURYA NAMASKAR "salute to the sun" --- for all levels.
YOGA BASICS: 8-week series. Perfect for the beginner. We build each week upon the previous to gain more strength and knowledge.
VINYASA FLOW / POWER YOGA: a more vigorous class, for those with a strong fitness background. But still suitable for a beginner that wants a challenge. Modifications and variations of poses.
