CLASS ETIQUETTE

  • Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before start of class to sign in and settle in to your spot
  • Alert instructor if you are having any difficulties on that day
  • Turn off all cell phones and pagers
  • Please refrain from wearing strong scents, as some others might be sensitive
  • If you must leave early, please do so quietly
 

All morning classes are 8-week sessions and must be pre registered and paid before starting. Friday and Saturday morning class are drop-in classes, all evening classes are drop-in classes.

6:00 pm Vinyasa Flow - beginner to intermediate level

6:00 pm Yin Yoga - every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month

TUESDAY

6:00 am - Sun Salutation

10:30 am Yoga Basics

6:00 pm Vinyasa Flow / Power Yoga

WEDNESDAY

Morning and afternoon hours available for private sessions.

CLASS  DESCRIPTIONS

SUN SALUTATION:  ongoing class with variations of SURYA NAMASKAR "salute to the sun" --- for all levels.

YOGA BASICS:  8-week series. Perfect for the beginner. We build each week upon the previous to gain more strength and knowledge.

VINYASA FLOW / POWER YOGA:  a more vigorous class, for those with a strong fitness background. But still suitable for a beginner that wants a challenge. Modifications and variations of poses.
